Parent guides child through exercises working on motor skills, skill development and basic body movements.

Preschool

Ages: 3-5
Preschool gymnastics is working on motor skills, skill development and basic body movements. This is an introduction to gymnastics that is fun and exciting for preschoolers

Level 1
60 minutes
Ages: 5+
Level 1 gymnastics is where children begin to learn skills on each event (vault, bars, beam and floor) and begin working on skills and routines. This is a beginner class.

Boys
60 minutes
Ages: 5+
Boys gymnastics concentrates on strength and flexibiliity. They work on floor, bars, vault, parallel trainer and pommel trainer

Level 2
75 minutes
Ages: 5+
Level 2 gymnastics continues to build on skills from Level 1. This is an advanced beginner class.
Required: Completion of Level 1

Level 3
90 minutes
Ages: 5+
Level 3 is an intermediate class building on previous levels 1 and 2. This class is a preparation for competition
